Creamy White Cervical Mucus A Week Before Period

Internet and its market of words ... or when the new digital economy?

In this crossing of the ford between the bank supports "brick and mortar" and the world of paperless data whose support becomes abstract, conceptual contributions Olivier Bomsel are useful or even essential for the governance of our economies. The word indeed replaces now the subject: Olivier Bomsel uses the phrase "Internet market and its words ..." that are now produced in a generalized form of code interoperable (suites of 0.1) and then transmitting so massive and widespread. This new logic against the data which were previously sent on media objects "heavy" so difficult and slower to move and thus easier to monitor and control, leads a reality elusive, infinitely more complex and unpredictable to control.

Since the majority of operators claim the neutrality of their "pipes" that carry the content, the billions of end users become responsible uses of each individually. This vastness is essentially impossible to regulate either the companies or operators or groups of operators (banks, traders, states, etc..). Conversely, the promises disseminated by issuers through commercial offers (retail sites) or knowledge bases (databases for information or press ...) generate, they also reluctant even mark distrust.

Therefore, we are witnessing the development of regulatory tools that are now in place entities (sovereign agencies of control), even as the law infancy Hadopi electronic signatures, digital identities, chains of evidence, electronic safes, ILM or processes whose archiving is not known yet what it finally comes out.

.

these regulatory tools have a cost that is not currently assessed and difficult to quantify in terms of the overall economy. This cost is the cost of the transaction for the act of purchase / sale and production / delivery / use of the service or product that can synchronize the individual need with the Offer (One definition of economics).

Since the data from separating from the support and the origins and commitments are less clear in the moment and over time, the mistrust that existed at the margin with carriers other than the digital becomes the time to lift the brake. Issues: how the rise? to what amount of investment? and on what operating costs? In short: what is the price and what tools to "buy" the confidence to build effective data and ensure continuity of direction?

The author cited the regulatory authorities, the trusted third party tracking tools and traceability both in terms of each nation and globally. This is the real issue of the new economy that needs to be consolidated with the final investment for the establishment of (or of) tracking systems for transactions in the digital economy and its conservation in the time irrespective of the actors.

So many questions and all across the planet: how digital identity? What signature? What stamp? What archive? What shelf life? what authority control / centralized control or not? which sphere (public, private, mixed)? ... and finally the last question (or first) What will be the rising cost of each trade (transaction) for the establishment and operation of such devices?

Welcome Messagefor Newborn

Juxtapositions and technological trends (invoices, sustainable development, Minitel, google)

Paper or Digital Faujas Alain in Le Monde on Saturday as "The digital divide" greener "than paper? According to the Post and Orange, two companies heavily involved in dematerialization, particularly in the production of electronic invoices and dissemination of advertising, the trend is the 30% reduction of paper flow for 2015. In parallel, a CSA poll published June 30, shows that 40% of consumers are violently opposed to the receipt of invoices in a digital format. Alain Liberge Orange Complete the trend for most of the customers is still much to print their own invoices received in electronic format. The benefit of reduction in carbon budget for the planet is therefore no longer on the agenda: the use of refill ink and paper by using his personal printer weighs unfavorable process of dematerialization and the expected gains. Economics for Business? Certainly! Benefit to the planet? there is still progress!
Meanwhile, Google just signed a new contract for the digitization of 160,000 books with the Koninklijke Bibliotheek (Netherlands) and announced that its turnover and its profits come from increased 24% year on year. The model takes any digital still play its cards

We're halfway there ... and the wheel turns (1)

(1): According Best of Micro, 2 million French people continue to use the Minitel services in 2000 and the service will be permanently closed in September 2011.

New Job What To Write Card

Champagne of 1780, delivery, tracking and conservation

writing is still conditional, but it says and ... glass filled with a great Champagne is physically in the refrigerator Grüssner Ella Cromwell-Morgan, winemaker. "A fabulous taste ... and pretty and sparkling" she exclaims. A team of divers has recovered a bottle of champagne capped a wreck that was damaged in Finnish waters in 1780 . This is a gift from Louis XVI to the Russian court, which never arrived safely! Proof would be a document found in archives administration (and now legacy) of Moët et Chandon. Two findings in this évèvement: champagne keeps wonderfully in a low temperature stable in the dark, and apparently the shelf life of a delivery should be longer than the statutory 10 years now, particularly in case of disaster!
