Champagne of 1780, delivery, tracking and conservation
writing is still conditional, but it says and ... glass filled with a great Champagne is physically in the refrigerator Grüssner Ella Cromwell-Morgan, winemaker. "A fabulous taste ... and pretty and sparkling" she exclaims. A team of divers has recovered a bottle of champagne capped a wreck that was damaged in Finnish waters in 1780 . This is a gift from Louis XVI to the Russian court, which never arrived safely! Proof would be a document found in archives administration (and now legacy) of Moët et Chandon. Two findings in this évèvement: champagne keeps wonderfully in a low temperature stable in the dark, and apparently the shelf life of a delivery should be longer than the statutory 10 years now, particularly in case of disaster!
